1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the AutoDrive application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy
AutoDrive allows users to upload content, including vehicle details, photos, and Video Stories. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post:
- Content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or discriminatory.
- Fraudulent or misleading vehicle listings.
- Spam or promotional material unrelated to selling a vehicle.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
Users can report inappropriate content and block other users directly within the app. AutoDrive reserves the right to review all reported content and will remove objectionable material within 24 hours. We also reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate these terms, without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
AutoDrive acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers in Cyprus. We do not own the vehicles, nor do we guarantee their mechanical condition, legal status, or the accuracy of the listings. Transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller. AutoDrive is not liable for any financial loss or damages resulting from the use of our service.
5. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
