If you no longer wish to use AutoDrive, you can easily delete your account and all associated data directly from the mobile app. Please follow the steps below.
How to delete your account:
- Open the AutoDrive app on your device.
- Navigate to the Menu tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on the Profile / Settings section.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete Account button.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your personal profile data (name, phone number, email) is permanently deleted.
- All your active vehicle listings and Video Stories will be removed from the platform.
- Your chat history with other users will be anonymized or deleted.
- This action is irreversible. You cannot restore your data once the account is deleted.
